Are you the family caregiver of someone who has been diagnosed with Young-Onset Alzheimer's disease?
This support group is a collaborative effort between the Easton Center and the UCLA Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Program. This FREE support group is designed specifically for family caregivers of those diagnosed with young-onset Alzheimer's disease. Caregivers can share, learn, and gain emotional support from others who are on a similar journey.
