Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (ADRC)
The UCLA Alzheimer's Disease Research Center (ADRC) aims to understand the mechanisms and optimize the treatment of Alzheimer's disease. The Center comprises six cores: 1) Administrative, 2) Clinical, 3) Data Management and Statistical, 4) Neuropathology, 5) Outreach, Recruitment and Engagement, and 6) Biomarker. Additionally, the Center funds pilot projects and basic science projects. The Center has two sites, the UCLA Medical Center in West Los Angeles and Olive View Medical Center in the San Fernando Valley. The projects supported by ADRC occur within the UCLA Easton Center, which Dr. Keith Vossel leads.
