Study Title: Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for Memory Impairment in Older Adults
Purpose
This study is evaluating the use of Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to improve memory and brain function in older adults. We welcome right-handed individuals age 55 to 100 years old who are experiencing memory problems or Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI) to enroll.
Participants will undergo neuropsychological testing, two functional MRI scans, and 15 TMS sessions. Participants will receive either active or sham (placebo) TMS, and those who receive sham TMS may be eligible for active treatment after study completion.
Participation in the study lasts approximately 3 months.
Compensation: $600 plus parking reimbursement
