Are you the family caregiver of someone who has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease?

This support group is a collaborative effort between the Easton Center and the UCLA Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Program. It is for family caregivers seeking a supportive environment in which to give and receive emotional and practical support from others who are on the same journey of caring for someone with dementia.

1st and 3rd Tuesdays of the month

Are you an adult child in your 20s, 30s, or 40s caring for a parent with Alzheimer's or another form of dementia?

The Mary S. Easton Center and the UCLA Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Program are proud to offer this support group specifically for young adult children caring for a parent with dementia. This group will provide a supportive environment in which to give and receive emotional and practical support from others who are on the same journey of caring for a parent with dementia.

Are you the family caregiver of someone who has been diagnosed with Young-Onset Alzheimer's Disease?

This support group is a collaborative effort between the Easton Center and the UCLA Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Program. This FREE support group is designed specifically for family caregivers of those diagnosed with young-onset Alzheimer's disease. Caregivers can share, learn, and gain emotional support from others who are on a similar journey. The support group meets once a month on the 1st Tuesday from 12:00-1:30 pm via a virtual platform. Please contact Monica Moore, MSG for more information and to receive the access code at mrmoore@mednet.ucla.edu.

Are you the family caregiver of someone who has been diagnosed with Frontotemporal Dementia?

This support group is a collaborative effort between the Easton Center and the UCLA Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Program. This FREE support group is designed specifically for family caregivers of those diagnosed with frontotemporal dementia (FTD). Caregivers can share, learn, and gain emotional support from others who are on a similar journey. The support group meets once a month on the 3rd Tuesday from 12:00-1:30 pm via a virtual platform. Lewy body dementia (LBD) is a type of progressive dementia that leads to a decline in thinking, reasoning and independent function. This support group is a collaborative effort between the Easton Center and the UCLA Alzheimer's and Dementia Care Program. It is FREE for family caregivers seeking a supportive environment in which to give and receive emotional and practical support from others who are on the same journey of caring for someone with Lewy body dementia.
